GENESIS is the organization and structure phase where the governance framework comes to life. After understanding current state in PRELUDIO, this phase focuses on designing and implementing the formal structures, processes, and mechanisms that will guide digital transformation decisions.
This is where governance moves from concept to reality. We establish digital governance boards, define decision rights, create approval workflows, and build the organizational infrastructure that ensures accountability, transparency, and effective control over digital initiatives.
